Young man arrested for killing girlfriend's stepmother

 

Mumbai police have arrested a 25-year-old Indian man for killing his stepmother in Kalyan.

Indian police officials say the 39-year-old victim, identified as Soni Shrove, objected to the relationship between her stepdaughter and son.

Mills Sameer Dalvi said during the interrogation that the victim told her stepdaughter to stay away from me saying that she was not capable of it.

  Police say a report of Soni Shrove's disappearance was lodged on July 4. His body was recovered from the forest on July 10 in a decomposed state.
